About Our Furniture

What timber species do you use?
We currently work with Tasmanian Oak and American Oak — two premium hardwoods known for their durability, beautiful grain, and warm tones. Each species has its own unique character.

Are your pieces solid timber?
Yes. All of our furniture is crafted from solid hardwood timber — not veneer or MDF. This means each piece is built to last and can be sanded and refinished over time.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Because we work with natural timber, every piece will have its own unique grain pattern, colour variation, and character. We do our best to represent the timber accurately in our photos, but slight variations are to be expected — and celebrated.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How will my furniture be delivered?
We use specialist furniture carriers to ensure safe delivery. Items are typically delivered to your door (ground floor). Please ensure clear access for large pieces.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my hardwood furniture?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. 

Can the finish be refreshed over time?
Yes — one of the great advantages of solid timber is that it can be lightly sanded and re-finished or re-stained if needed. This makes our pieces truly long-lasting.
